By submitting this application, Parents (on behalf of the students) and Franchisees agree to all the conditions of the “Parent Consent Form”, Including indemnifying UCMAS competition.
The last date for registration for parents is 31^st March 2026
No placement is confirmed prior to any mode of payment.
Late fee of $10 will be charged if the registration is done after the deadline of 31^st March 2026 (1^st to 15^th April 2026)
No application will be accepted after 16^th April 2026
If the franchise and the parent feel the need, a re-checking request can be sent to HO at a fee of $25.00.

Flash Competition – Is ONLY Mental use of Abacus is NOT allowed

Parent Consent

I/We,(name of parent) hereby give my consent for my son / daughterto participate in the above mentioned competition.I/We agree that though the organizer will make every reasonable effort within their scope of duties to ensure safety and well-being of my child, I/we realize that even under close supervision, children may have occasional accidents. Therefore, we hereby release for indemnity and hold UCMAS Canada INC., its franchisee and employees harmless from any and all claims, damages or other liabilities for injuries to my child which are notresult of direct negligence of the staff.

I/We further agree that in spite of being extremely careful and vigilant about the quality of PA and audio/video system for the listening/flash competition there might be certain uncontrollable disturbances in the audio or video output and we hereby release for indemnity and hold UCMAS free from any responsibilities caused due to such uncontrollable circumstances.We grant permission to the organizers of the event to use photographs and visual recordings of my child taken in this event, provided that no identification (name or address) will be used unless explicitly authorized.

I/We agree that all statements made by us on the competition form are correct; and we acknowledge that we have read, understood and agree to all rules and regulations of the competition.
